The National Elementary Beta Club division promotes character, develops leadership skills, encourages service involvement and recognizes student achievement for students in 4th and 5th grade.

All members must perform above grade level in all content areas so that the extra school and community service does not interfere with their learning. There is also a one-time membership fee for the elementary division.
