Welcome to first grade!  I am excited to begin another school year.  I have taught in public education for 20 1/2 years.  Prior to this, I worked at a daycare teaching 2 1/2 year olds.  This will be my eighth year teaching first grade.  I have also taught second grade, third grade, fourth grade, and gifted pull-out.  I finished my doctorate degree in School Improvement in May 2023 from the University of West Georgia.  When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my mini-schnauzer, Milly.
