Welcome to Kindergarten at Daughtry Elementary School! My name is Laura Hearn and I will be your child's teacher this year. I am so happy to welcome your student to our classroom. Kindergarten is an AMAZING year filled with lots of FUN and exciting learning opportunities! I am very excited about what is in store for your child this year, and I look forward to working together.

I was born and raised here in Jackson, Georgia. I am so excited to be able to serve students in the community that I love! I graduated from Jackson High School in 2007 and recieved my Bachelor Degree of Science in Early Childhood Education from Georgia College and State University in 2011. This year marks my thirteenth year of teaching and education is my passion!
