Performing Arts Center Topping Out Ceremony
The final beam in the Butts County Performing Arts Center was put into place during the Topping Out Ceremony. Butts County School System staff and Board of Education members joined representatives from Parrish Construction Group and Breaux & Associates Architects for this milestone occasion.

SNP Receives Perfect Scores
The USDA requires each school system operating under the National School Lunch Program to have two health inspections performed yearly by the local Health Department. The Butts County School System's first inspection took place in December of 2022 and resulted in all five schools scoring a 100.

Congratulations Mrs. Katie Jenkins Georgia Teacher of the Year Finalist
Katie Jenkins, an Early Intervention Program (EIP) teacher at Stark Elementary School in Butts County Schools, is one of 10 finalists for the 2024 Georgia Teacher of the Year! There are over 110,00 teachers in the state of Georgia.
