Hello, I am Ms. Watson. I am a first year teacher this year, so I am new to DES! However, I graduated from Jackson High School in 2019, so I am a Butts County native. I will be the Interrelated Special Education Teacher for all grade levels here at DES.

I recently graduated from the University of Georgia with my Bachelor's in Special Education (General Curriculum) in May 2022 and am currently working on my Master's. Go Dawgs!!

I have a baby boy at home named Brooks. He is a handful!

I have always wanted to be a teacher since as long as I can remember. My favorite thing about teaching is helping students meet their goals to feel successful in school. I always want my students to be excited to learn and come to school. I know it is going to be a great school year at the Colt Nation. I can't wait to work with your children!
