A southern California native, Coach LaChappelle taught in northern Arizona for 9 years before he and his family moved to Georgia in 2005. He and his wife of 31 years, Laura LaChappelle, are both excited to be starting their 28th year in the high school classroom, and together with their children, enjoy being part of the RD4L family. Outside of the classroom Coach L enjoys being the Voice of the Red Devils, riding his Harley, traveling, and scuba diving, but most of all, spending time with his 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
