Hello Everyone!

I'm looking forward to my seventh year at JES! All my years teaching have been spent here. This year I'll teach special education for kindergarten, third, and fourth grade. Previously, I've taught third grade ELA and Reading for 4 years, all subjects in second grade for one year, and last year I worked in special education for grades 2nd, 3rd, and 5th grades. I obtained my bachelors at the Universtity of West Georga, and I recieved my masteres degree at the same school in the area of reading instruction. 

A little about me is that I've been married for 5 years, I have two kids (a boy and a girl), and two dogs. I love Braves baseball, and I've married into the Georgia Tech fan base. In my spare time I love to read and hang out with my family. 

I'm looking forward to an exciting (and very different) school year!
