For EACH scenario below you'll fill out the video request form (found on the library website page and in the library's document holder near the front door), turn it into Ms. Daniel, and she will bring it to me after she approves/denies the request. Then I'll do the following...

 

Scenario 1: If they're in swank, I can look them up, request them for a specific date and then email Leonora to let her know you requested them from the catalog.

 

Scenario 2: If they're in swank, and already "available" then y'all can just play them whenever-- I don't need to email her. I usually look them up and send out the direct link to the video. 

 

Scenario 3: If they're not in swank, I email Leonora and ask her to see if they have the rights to the films so they can be added to the catalog.

 

Scenario 4: If we own a copy of the movie, a teacher will check out the movie and play it in the classroom. I have a portable DVD player (but it needs to be used on a windows computer since it's not compatible with chromebooks), so see if Bob has one.
