Butts County Community,Many individuals have reached out wanting to donate items for families that were directly affected by the storm last week. In response to the request for donations to be dropped off, we have set up a drop zone at the Rufus Adams Auditorium. We are accepting donations of non-perishable items, hygiene items, blankets and flashlights. Please see below for items and times we will accept donations. We will continue working with local agencies to distribute items.
Items Needed:
- Ramen Noodles- Cups or Packages
- Breakfast Bars/Muffins
- Mac-n-Cheese- bowls and packages - Microwavable
- Spaghetti/Chilli- Microwavable
- Canned Chicken
- Raisins/Craisins/Fruit Roll Ups
- Cereal/ Grits/ Oatmeal
- Individual Chips and Crackers/Cheese/Peanut Butter Crackers
- Fruit- Fresh and Individual Cups
- Peanut Butter and Jelly
- Jel-O and Pudding-Individual Packages
- Water/Juice Boxes
- Blankets
- Flash Lights
- Hygiene items (Soap, Shampoo, Toothbrush/ paste, Deodorant)
Donations can be dropped off starting Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM at:
